Shipping your package Packages are usually shipped within 5 a 7 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped free of charge in Point Relay from 75€ purchase or via COLISSIMO LA POSTE or one of our other service providers with a tracking number. The tracking number will be communicated to you in order to follow the different statuses of your package.
The shipping costs include the costs of preparing your order and packing as well as the shipping costs of the chosen provider. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders together and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.
Box sizes are appropriate to ensure your items are properly protected.
Return of your package If, despite the precise information that we give you about the dimensions and sizes of our products, it happens that a garment does not suit you, you can return it to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. To claim an exchange or a refund, the product must be returned to us in its original packaging without showing any signs of wear or stain. A garment worn and soiled, even washed, cannot be exchanged.

This cost-shared return only applies within the first 7 days of the legal exchange deadline. After these 7 days, the buyer will assume the costs of his exchange (except exceptional agreement seen with the brand).
